Finally, another Feast!

It all started from "what to do on Christmas?". There are lots of changes in our plan, but one thing is certain, to cook!

It has been a while since our last cooking party, which was in May, 2004. However, things did not turn out as expected. "The day", Saturday, Christmas eve, was first postponed to Sunday because our host had other business to attend to. On Sunday, b6s, one of our important chefs, got so ill that we have to postpone it again......to the next comming Sunday. Which so happens to be the very first day of another year!

We started off by shopping, and already that took us 2 hours, we should've known 14:30 is too late to start. Preparation takes time, all the washing, peeling, chopping, and boiling......etc. The cooking itself wasn't too long. By around 20:00, all the foods were on the table!

I made home-recipe beef soup, and yum-wood-sen, b6s made 2 flavors of pasta, Sandy brought her Thai curry alone upon my request. What a feast!! Better yet, we almost consumed everything!

Cooking is fun, but the mess we made...... let's keep doing this "once in a while", a pretty long while. XD
